Job summary

Rentokil is seeking Commercial Pest Control Technicians to perform industry-leading pest management for commercial clients. You will identify pest infestations, determine infestation type, apply treatments, and advise on prevention while following safety standards and communicating with clients.

The role requires delivering inspections, applying products (chemicals, baits, traps), educating customers on prevention, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license required for company vehicle.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to follow product labels and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, safely.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and reducing future risks.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and promote products to new customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment and keep it in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle.
