Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform pest management services for commercial clients. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and provide prevention strategies while communicating effectively with clients and adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities include educating customers, assisting with sales to current customers, maintaining equipment, and complying with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Clear reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and long-term protection strategies.
• Provide advice on reducing the risk of future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
