Job summary

The internship program at Commerce Bank in Kansas City offers a paid, full-time Summer internship focused on Commercial Payment products, implementation and account management. Interns will meet with diverse department representatives, attend internal and customer meetings, and assist in day-to-day tasks, data analysis, and process improvements.

The session starts on Tuesday, May 18, 2027 and runs for 11 weeks, ending Friday, July 30, 2027, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• In process to obtain a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required - Business is the preferred major.
• 1+ years experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Pay transparency range noted for this Intern role: $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and review to present data internally or to clients
• Update templates, forms and systems with specific information
• Prepare PowerPoints and other client facing material
• Update and refine procedures and processes
• Research and review of client issues and concerns
• Facilitating issue resolution and root cause analysis
• Analyze new ideas and processes to determine client value or time savings
• Perform other duties as assigned
