Smith Hanley seeks a Manager, Commercial Patient & Access Analytics in the Greater Chicago area. Hybrid role requiring 3 days in office. The position offers $125–155k base plus bonus and LTI, with a focus on patient journey analytics using sales and claims data.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SQL and Python, a pharma commercial analytics background, and strong communication to executives. MA degree with 2+ years in pharma analytics is preferred.
