Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led commercial sales, coordinate shipments from order creation to dispatch, and oversee store vehicle maintenance and safety checks.

You will conduct account stocking visits, perform outbound calls, upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value, and lead the commercial program when CPP is unavailable, including weekends. Strong communication and inventory knowledge are essential in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in automotive parts sales or related field preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs; strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and customer relationships.
• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance and safety checks.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Lead the commercial program when CPP is not present, including weekends as needed.
