Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to strengthen customer relationships and drive profitable growth. You will supervise daily tasks, coordinate with the GM and drivers, and leverage automotive knowledge to fulfill orders and optimize stocking and sourcing strategies.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive parts, strong selling ability, and leadership experience. High school diploma or GED required; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks to achieve goals.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
