Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to grow the commercial business through strong customer relationships and expert automotive knowledge. You will work with the GM, supervise Team Members, and coordinate driver delivery while maintaining stocking programs and supplier networks.

Ideal candidates have ASE P2 or readiness, strong selling skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role requires availability to work varied shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead teams and supervise daily tasks.
• Ability to source parts from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source).
• Experience in achieving sales goals and delivering customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
