Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales position to support the commercial side of the business with profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

You will maintain commercial customer relationships, provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers, supervise team members, coordinate deliveries, and collaborate with the GM on coaching and development while driving store sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
