Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support the advanced commercial side of our business. You will nurture commercial client relationships, source parts, and ensure profitable growth through effective selling and service across the chain.

This full-time role requires strong automotive knowledge, the ability to supervise team members, and adaptability to perform day/evening shifts with occasional weekend work. Competitive commission eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years automotive parts sales experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Formal or informal team leadership experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Meet personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
• Partner with GM on coaching and development
