Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Professional level sales associate to support the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth via customer retention, growth and expert auto parts knowledge, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships, driving sales, and coordinating deliveries. Ideal candidates have automotive parts experience, strong communication, and the ability to source from multiple channels, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 3 years automotive parts experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales ability and customer service skills.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Supervise team members and support daily tasks.
• Coach and develop team members with the GM.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier network.
