Job summary

You will partner with the GM to supervise team members and guide delivery logistics. Deep automotive knowledge and expert parts understanding are required; efficient sourcing from various channels and strong selling skills for commercial customers are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and sell to commercial customers.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts and core banking relationships.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
