Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional-level sales associate to support the commercial side, focusing on profitable growth through customer retention and new business. The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members, oversee parts, and coordinate driver deliveries to meet standards.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts experience, strong sales skills for commercial customers, and the ability to lead teams.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks, and working together to achieve goals
• ASE certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience commercial customers
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
