Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a professional-level sales associate to support the commercial side of the business.

The role drives profitable commercial growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with GM to manage Team Members and deliver parts with precision. The position requires expert automotive system knowledge, the ability to source from multiple channels, and strong leadership to supervise daily tasks and ensure delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions
• Experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
