Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a professional at the Commercial Parts Pro level to grow profitable commercial business through retention and expansion. You’ll partner with the GM to coach team members while mastering automotive parts knowledge and driving efficient deliveries.

The role requires leadership, strong selling skills for commercial customers, and the ability to source from multiple channels, including special orders and second sources. ASE is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
