Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and strategic sourcing. The role involves supervising team members, coordinating with the General Manager, and directing drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Candidates should have a strong automotive parts background, 3+ years of experience, and solid selling skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
