Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional-level Commercial Parts Pro to support growth on the commercial side. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention, supplier relationships, and effective delivery coordination.

The candidate will work with the GM to coach Team Members, supervise daily tasks, and ensure high standards in parts knowledge and service. This full-time position requires ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE P2 certification or ASE-ready equivalent.
• Ability to source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source).

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Partner with GM on coaching and development for Team Members.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
