Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Delaware is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to drive profitable growth in our commercial segment. You will nurture relationships with business customers, lead daily team activities, and coordinate with drivers for on-time delivery.

The role requires automotive parts knowledge, strong selling skills, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems. A minimum of 3 years' parts experience is preferred, with ASE certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts sales experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Able to multitask and work weekends.
• Read and interpret safety rules, catalogs and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts and returns.
