Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional-level sales pro to grow the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention, partnerships with the GM, and expert automotive knowledge.

You will help source parts from multiple channels and direct drivers to ensure on-time delivery. Requirements include automotive parts experience, strong selling skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment experience.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve store sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers and supervise team members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery and maintain stocking programs.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development needs for team members.
• Build a network of second source suppliers and manage commercial finances.
