Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales position tasked with profitable growth of our commercial business and strong customer retention.

The role partners with the GM to supervise Team Members, leveraging deep automotive parts knowledge to source from multiple channels and coordinate timely deliveries. The position requires at least 3 years in automotive parts, solid selling skills, and the ability to work with various stocking and POS systems.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and supervise daily tasks.
• Strong selling and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of commercial profitability concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts.
• Partner with GM for driver coverage.
