Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales position to support the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth via customer retention and collaboration with the GM to coach team members and ensure timely deliveries.

Candidates should have automotive parts knowledge, minimum 3 years of experience, ASE certification preferred, and strong communication skills. The job offers health benefits and a commission-based incentive in a store environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
