Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales position to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and directs drivers to ensure timely, accurate delivery. The candidate should have automotive parts knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to source from multiple channels including special orders and alternative suppliers.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts sales/fulfillment experience.
• Proven sales ability and leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build a network of second source suppliers.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members.
• Supervise daily tasks of Team Members.
