Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Lexington, VA, seeks a Commercial Parts Pro to grow the commercial business by retaining customers and driving profitable sales. You will supervise Team Members, work with the GM on coaching, and ensure timely delivery through dispatching drivers.

This is a full-time role with eligibility for sales commissions. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in automotive parts, strong product knowledge, ASE certification preferred, and experience with POS and parts lookup

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with past success in customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
