Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Professional level sales pro to grow the commercial business through customer retention and expansion. You will partner with the GM, supervise Team Members, and coordinate driver dispatch for timely deliveries while maintaining stock programs.

The role requires automotive parts knowledge, strong English communication, and the ability to source from multiple channels. ASE certification is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts sales experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability in customer fulfillment and transactions.
• Formal or informal leadership experience supervising daily tasks.
• High school diploma or GED; ASE certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
