Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a professional level Commercial Parts Pro to drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. You will partner with the GM to coach team members, manage daily operations, and ensure on-time delivery by dispatching drivers and maintaining stocking programs.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts knowledge, ASE certification or readiness, strong selling and communication skills, and proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
