Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to assist with dispatching and coordinating commercial deliveries, maintaining the store vehicle fleet, and conducting Pro Sales activities. The role includes performing outbound calls, managing account touchpoints, and delivering customer service to walk-in customers.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic inventory and dispatching knowledge, and strong selling skills for commercial customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatched for delivery.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general vehicle readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints.
• Perform customer deliveries following standard driver procedures.
