Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led commercial sales, assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries, and manage store vehicle fleet readiness. You will perform outbound calls, upsell and cross-sell products, stock visits, and act as a key liaison for walk-in customers while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Experience in automotive parts or retail sales preferred.
• Ability to learn inventory systems and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries.
• Lead organization around parts department and backroom.
• Engage walk-in customers, upsell and cross-sell.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals.
• Perform outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Route store drivers and manage vehicle readiness.
