Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Specialist to assist with dispatching and coordinating commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatch. You will manage vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and readiness while conducting account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.

In this role you will perform outbound calls and customer deliveries as needed, following established driver procedures and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and MVR certification.
• ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching and coordination of commercial deliveries from order creation to dispatched for delivery.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general vehicle readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops.
• Perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints.
• Perform customer deliveries as needed following standard driver procedures.
