Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is recruiting for a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales, coordinate deliveries, and oversee vehicle fleet readiness.

You will conduct stocking visits, drops, and Pro Sales communications, while assisting with upselling and cross-selling opportunities in a fast-paced store environment. You will engage with customers, perform basic account touchpoints, and help maintain inventory and backroom organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (MVR).
• Experience with automotive parts and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching and coordination from order to delivery.
• Assist with store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and readiness.
• Conduct stocking visits and flyer drops for Pro Sales.
• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to customers.
• Lead the organization around parts, backroom, and delivery areas.
