National Coatings is seeking an experienced commercial painter to service exterior and interior projects at client sites in the Boise area. The role requires applying a variety of finishes, color matching, and safe operation of spray systems and scaffolding.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of painting experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work with teams and on-site clients while prioritizing safety policies and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial painting experience; exterior and interior work preferred.
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by priming, sanding, sealing, and patching; use various coatings.
• Color match and verify products to match job files.
• Apply materials to new, existing, and remodeled buildings with precision.
• Interpret blueprints and scope specifications to guide tasks.
• Complete reports, change orders, and submittals accurately and on time.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and trucks; keep a clean, safe work area.
• Represent the company professionally at client job sites.
