Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is expanding its team for painting and maintenance across SmartPark garages in the Portland area. The role requires you to paint, match colors, and work with a supplier rep to ensure timely procurement of materials.

You'll use standard painting tools such as rollers, brushes, and sprayers, perform surface prep, and drive company vehicles as needed. A valid driver's license and at least one year of commercial painting experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED.
• At least 1 year of commercial painting experience; striping experience a plus.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional painting and maintenance across SmartPark garage facilities.
• Accurately match paint colors to maintain consistency and aesthetic standards.
• Collaborate with the local Sherwin-Williams representative to procure paint and supplies.
• Use a Purchase Order system to manage purchases.
• Demonstrate proficiency with rollers, brushes, and sprayers.
• Apply surface prep knowledge and painting techniques for long-lasting results.
• Drive company vehicles.
