Job summary

Jamestown Painting seeks an Experienced Commercial Foreman to lead painting and paperhanging teams on commercial projects. You will supervise crews, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with clients to meet schedules and safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in commercial painting, 2 years in construction management, and a proven leadership track record. Valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required. Overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the commercial painting field preferred.
• Construction management: 2 years (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Commercial painting of existing buildings.
• Ability to manage painting quality on every project.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Ensures safe working conditions.
• Maintain tools and equipment used.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to take direction from supervisor and work with a team.
• 3 years painting experience within a leadership role.
