We are seeking an experienced commercial painter to work full-time on our downtown properties, including office buildings and retail spaces. The role involves moving between projects, which may include trim work, interior doorways, hallways, and office spaces. As part of the Operations Team, your ability to stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality work is essential.

Requirements

Skills and qualifications should include:

1. At least 2 years of professional painting experience
2. Proficiency with standard paint equipment such as airless spray machines, motorized lifts, paint brushes, and related tools
3. Technical knowledge of coating materials to ensure proper application
4. Ability to prepare for painting by erecting scaffolds and ladders safely
5. Experience in patching, repairing, taping, and mudding drywall
6. Proper disposal of residual materials according to local guidelines
7. Effective daily communication with the office manager regarding job progress and supply needs
8. Reporting to management upon job completion or when issues arise
9. Maintaining a neat and clean work area
10. Adherence to all company policies and health and safety procedures
11. Ability to work independently
12. Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs
13. Ability to stand for extended periods
