Industrial Painter / Powder Coater (1st Shift) - Canton, OH - JOB 25-01077

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $28.00/Hr

A well-established hand tool manufacturer located in Canton is seeking an Industrial Painter / Powder Coater.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. 2 years' experience required.
3. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
4. Hours: 7AM - 3:30PM
5. Dependable and self-motivated with a stable work history.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team.
7. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
8. Mobility requirements: bending, kneeling, standing, walking, reaching.

Duties:

1. Paint or powder coat surfaces of manufactured metal products using spray guns.
2. Set up industrial washer for cleaning parts.
3. Load parts onto conveyor.
4. Mix coating or pour powder into hopper.
5. Set baking oven to specified temperature for proper curing.
6. Check parts after baking to ensure correct paint thickness using a mil thickness gauge.
7. Remove parts from conveyor and de-mask as required.
