Job summary

A commercial painting contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Paint Project Manager / Estimator in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial painting operations, capable of estimating, winning, and delivering projects exceeding $1M. This role prioritizes stability, autonomy, and growth opportunities within the organization, allowing the candidate to build strong relationships with clients while managing project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Paint Project Manager and/or Estimator.
• Direct experience in commercial painting is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and bid commercial and light industrial painting projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and property managers.
• Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Utilize estimating and project management software.
