Godshall Recruiting is seeking an insurance sales professional in the United States to prospect, quote and close new business while building solid client relationships. You will deliver compelling presentations and actively nurture referrals to drive growth.

This role emphasizes ongoing learning about insurance products, regulatory knowledge, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment with tiered bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Property/Casualty license.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations and processes; experience in compliance preferred.
• Must have current valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

• Actively prospecting, making cold and warm calls, and networking to generate fresh leads and build robust referral pipelines.
• Evaluate clients' personal or commercial insurance needs, develop customized quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close new business.
• Nurture lasting client relationships and systematically ask for referrals while promoting the company's referral program.
• Consistently meet or exceed your new business targets.
• Continuously learning, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new insurance products and industry trends to advise clients.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Active Property/Casualty license
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations and processes, ability to analyze and interpret insurance policies and insurance coverage and/or experience in working in a compliance and regulatory environment strongly preferred
• Must have current valid driver's license and consistent access to a personal vehicle which can be utilized to complete business marketing activities in the local community
