Qualifications

• Must hold a 220 Agent License in Florida (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3+ years experience with commercial P&C clients.
• Professional designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Handle day-to-day servicing of insurance policies.
• Develop an understanding of clients’ businesses to make coverage recommendations.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Education

220 Agent License in the State of Florida

Professional designation such as AAI, CIC, CRIS, CPCU

3+ years of experience handling commercial P&C insurance clients
