Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Commercial Operations Support Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Sales Coordinator and National Accounts Coordinator teams. You will oversee order management, reporting, and account implementation while coaching and developing your people to drive continuous process improvement.

In this role you’ll partner with Accounting, Sales, and Product teams to ensure accurate orders, timely resolutions, and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business or related field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or customer service.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar software platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with urgency.
• Strong data entry skills and comfort with alpha-numeric systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage escalated customer issues and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Support account implementation and ongoing customer relationship management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to drive consistency and service quality.
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, and Product teams for seamless operations.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
• Lead onboarding and training to support team growth.
