Location: Selma, TX (San Antonio area), or Farmington Hills, MI (Detroit area)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Up to One Remote Day per Week

Salary: Up to $110,000, Based on Experience

Additional Compensation: Annual Bonus

Travel: Travel between company locations as required

Position Overview

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to provide leadership across Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and related commercial operations.

This position will lead teams across multiple locations and serve as a key link between customer demand, Sales, manufacturing locations, and operational execution. The manager will oversee customer and purchasing processes, support effective order fulfillment and material availability, and drive continuous improvement across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay activities.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience leading and developing employees.
• Working knowledge of purchasing, order management, inventory, fulfillment, and supply processes.
• Experience working effectively across multiple departments and organizational levels.
• Strong customer service and business orientation.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing customer, supply, and operational priorities.
• Experience using data and KPIs to manage performance and drive improvement.
