• Ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily CAR operations, priorities, workload, service levels, and quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through accountability and training.
• Evaluate department structure, staffing, tools, and workflows for scalability.
• Set priorities, address capacity or risk concerns, and recommend changes.
• Own and enhance commercial account opening processes and documentation standards.
• Identify servicing needs, gaps, and opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Maintain procedures, job aids, and process documentation.
• Partner with other teams to define responsibilities and handoffs.
• Support training and rollout of new processes to ensure audit readiness.
• Lead projects impacting CAR and related operations.
• Coordinate with system, workflow, and vendor partners for tools and reporting.
• Develop and report department metrics to leadership.
