Job summary

Centivo is hiring a Commercial Operations Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across the Commercial organization, from discovery through implementation and adoption. The role combines project management, business analysis, process improvement, implementation, and change enablement.

The successful candidate will structure and drive complex initiatives, gather requirements, develop process maps, coordinate testing, and deliver training as needed across Sales, Client Success,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial operations, business operations, project management, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with stakeholder discovery and workflow analysis.
• Ability to coordinate UAT and implementation readiness, and develop SOPs and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives from discovery to implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones and owners.
• Establish governance, meetings, and status reporting for initiatives.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Document acceptance criteria and expected business outcomes.
• Coordinate testing activities and ensure readiness before launch.
• Create operational artifacts, SOPs, and training materials for initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, Implementation, and other teams to improve the operating model.
