Job summary

Hydro is seeking a customer operations liaison in the Rosemont, IL area to provide extensive commercial operations and sales back-office support. You will manage customer contracts and ensure precise order processing in line with internal procedures, while collaborating with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Credit Management to maximize customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related experience.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and independence with analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer order fulfillment and contract management per standard procedures.
• Prepare yearly customer supply contracts and assist sales during budget process.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Credit Management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate data entry and integrity across systems.
