Yazaki North America, Inc. is seeking an Operations Management Specialist to join the Commercial team in Canton, MI. You will strengthen the division’s communications, support executive meeting effectiveness, and drive cross‑functional project follow‑through.

The role reports to the Head of Commercial Strategy and Planning and requires collaboration across functions and leadership levels, plus regional travel to enable timely, strategic decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, operations management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or internal communications.
• 3+ years of experience in project management preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate division communications such as town halls and newsletters with leadership messages.
• Translate priorities into clear communications for diverse audiences.
• Plan and facilitate quarterly executive meetings, setting objectives and agendas.
• Establish and manage a consistent project reporting calendar across teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify work and automate processes.
