Yazaki North America, Inc. in Canton, MI is seeking an Operations Management Specialist to join the Commercial team. The role strengthens communications across the division, enhances the effectiveness of executive meetings, and ensures strategic project follow-through.

The ideal candidate will establish practical processes, collaborate across functions and leadership levels, and manage reporting for 10 in Action projects while driving continuous improvement and adopting digital tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, operations management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of applicable experience in business operations, project coordination, internal communications, or a related role.
• 3+ years of experience in project management preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Division Communications: plan and coordinate town halls and newsletters; translate priorities into clear communications; gather feedback to improve engagement.
• Executive Meeting Planning and Facilitation: coordinate quarterly executive meetings; define objectives and agendas; manage logistics and track decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in business admin

3+ years in project management

Ability to travel regionally
