Qualifications

• Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify meaningful trends, and translate findings into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, market, sales, pipeline, and service-line data to identify strategic growth opportunities across accounts.
• Design, launch, and track campaigns to support new customer acquisition, cross-selling, and account expansion.
• Develop KPI dashboards and recurring reports to monitor territory performance and track KPIs.
• Own commercial data quality and reporting accuracy across customer, opportunity, pipeline, and pricing data.
• Lead BI tool implementation and adoption for the Commercial team and broader organization.
