  • Cross-functional Partnership: Proven ability to build strong internal working relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership) to collect inputs and align on business performance.
  • Critical Thinking & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to evaluate data credibility, ask probing questions, and constructively challenge optimistic or unrealistic forecast assumptions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Exposure: Experience or background exposure working within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMO).
  • Demand & Resource Planning: Exposure to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), demand planning, or operational capacity alignment.
  • Business Operations: Prior exposure to commercial operations, financial analysis, or business planning environments.
Technical Requirements
