Our Sales Operations Team plays a crucial role in driving our business forward, and we are seeking a motivated Commercial Operations Analyst to support our efforts. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who is curious, eager to learn, and comfortable engaging directly with a fast-paced enterprise sales team, althoughpriorsales operations experience is nostrequired. As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will partner closely with our sales team to support their day-to-day needs, helpmaintainreporting and forecasting for your assigned product line using existing data and tools, andassistwith cross-functional projects.You'llbe trainedonour systems and processes; whatwe'relooking for is the mindset-someone analytical, proactive, and unafraid to engage with senior sales stakeholders.

Your impact:

Sales Support and Enablement

  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges. Provide tools, training, and resources to help them effectively execute the go-to-market strategy and improve their productivity.
  • Serve as a responsive, trusted point of contact for the sales team-comfortable following up with and pushing back on senior stakeholders when needed to get things done.
  • Assistin evaluating and enhancing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Help implement best practices and ensure alignment with overall businessobjectives.
  • Support the administration of the CRM system (Salesforce) for your assigned product line. Help ensure data integrity and provide basic training and support to the sales team. (Salesforce experience is aplus,butnotrequired.)
  • Stayup-to-dateon industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to sales operations.

Sales Tools & Technology Evaluation

  • Support the evaluation, piloting, and rollout ofnew salestools (e.g., conversational intelligence, deal health/scoring, AI-assisted tools)-frominitialevaluation through adoption with the sales team.
  • Partner with IT/vendor stakeholders as needed during tool evaluation and implementation.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Maintain and update sales dashboards and reports for your assigned product line, using existing data sources and established analytics infrastructure.
  • Support pipeline forecasting for your product line, working from data and models already in place.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle metrics.
  • Assist with ad-hoc analyses and help translate findings into clear, actionable takeaways for the sales team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support the planning and delivery of commercial projects and programs, such as sales campaigns, OKR deliverables, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional efforts with technical and business SMEs to helpidentifyand refine business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, tooptimizeprocesses and workflows.

What you bring:

  • 1–3years of professional experiencein a sales-facing,client-facing, or other stakeholder-facingrole; examples includeSDR/BDR or junior AE, sales coordination, deal desk, sales enablement, client services/account management,FP&A business partner, orconsulting.What matters most is a demonstrated ability and willingness to engage directly with a sales team, not a specific title.

Geographic Responsibility:

This role does require office hours occasionally in our Bostonoffice but is otherwise remote.

**The annual US base salary range for this positionis $76,000 to $80,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will bedeterminedduring the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to,your skills, experience,qualificationsand education.
