Job summary

Reeves Young is seeking an on-site Construction Site Supervisor to assist the Superintendent in daily on-site activities in Nashville. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to keep the project on schedule and ensure safe, efficient progress.

Responsibilities include maintaining daily progress reports with photos, payroll and equipment time, and participating in team and trade contractor meetings.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand project documents (drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, subcontracts).
• Understand project scheduling and cost control processes.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and identify discrepancies in plans.
• Perform physical tasks including climbing, lifting, and moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent by assisting on-site supervision.
• Coordinate and supervise field employees, subcontractors, and vendors to keep the schedule.
• Maintain daily progress reporting, photos, payroll, equipment time, and field reports.
• Participate in project team and trade contractor meetings on schedule, safety, and manpower needs.
• Manage permit and inspection processes and attend progress meetings.
