Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and sell to multi-family developers, general contractors, and project teams.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced commercial multi-family environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for new construction and remodeling projects from measurement to delivery.
• Work directly with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners.
• Conduct job-site measurements, design, and secure the final sale.

Skills

Design and sales to multi-family developers

Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry

Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office

Ability to read blueprints

Strong math skills for quoting

Excellent presentation and communication skills
