Job summary

Bayview Fund Management, LLC is seeking an Associate, Commercial Processor responsible for managing all aspects of pipeline management including processing of loans for the wholesale commercial mortgage lending team.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial mortgage processing, loan origination, or underwriting support.
• Proven experience managing a high-volume, complex commercial loan pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting standards and loan fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of commercial real estate loans from processing through closing.
• Partner with Underwriting, Legal, and Closing Teams to resolve loan level issues.
• Monitor pipeline performance and prioritize workload using reports and dashboards.
