Eden Oaks, an established architectural millwork and cabinetry specialist in Colorado Springs, seeks a Commercial Project Manager to lead complex projects from award to installation. You will independently manage multiple millwork ventures, review contracts, drawings, specs, and scopes, and serve as the primary contact for contractors and architects.

• Minimum 2 years of direct commercial project management experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, casework, or a closely related specialty.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage multiple commercial architectural millwork and casework projects.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure requirements are understood and executed.
• Serve as the primary contact for general contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and installation timelines.
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with estimating, CAD, production, finishing, and installation teams.
• Identify and pursue change-order opportunities while protecting profitability.
• Proactively identify scope discrepancies and scheduling conflicts to avoid overruns.
• Maintain accountability for financial performance, deadlines, and customer communication.
• Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, and closeout.
• Collaborate with PM support staff for efficient administration and coordination.
